What is your appointment cancellation or re-scheduling policy?

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule at the dentist's discretion.

• If you cancel your appointment without a 48-hour (2 business days) advance notice, you may be charged a fee of up to $50. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows can result in dismissal from the office or refusal of service regardless of whether the late fee has been paid. You may cancel your appointment by phone, text, email, or by leaving a voicemail.
