Your First Appointment
For Our Younger Patients
We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Your first appointment will last for approximately 1 hour. The dentists at our office will begin the appointment by discussing your medical history, dental history, and patient registration data with you. You will receive a comprehensive dental exam including dental x-rays, a head and neck cancer screening, a periodontal evaluation, and a baseline dental charting. You may receive a routine cleaning at your first appointment depending on the health of your gum tissue or at a time that is most convenient for you.
Afterwards, our doctors will review the current state of your dental health and explain your treatment options to complete any dental work you may need or cosmetic dentistry you may want.
For less time being spent waiting in the reception area, please fill out our New Patient Form online and we will have them ready when you come in for your initial appointment.
Our staff and doctors absolutely love working with kids, making the whole dental experience fun and exciting! Children will receive a dental examination, necessary dental x-rays, dental cleaning with fluoride application (if fluoride is needed). We work very hard to provide low prices, short waiting times and convenient hours for our patients. For those reasons we ask patients to respect the following guidelines:
*If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule at the dentist's discretion.
*If you cancel your appointment without a 48-hour advance notice, you may be charged a fee of up to $50. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows can result in dismissal from the office or refusal of service regardless of whether the late fee has been paid.
